Hello everyone, I’m pleased to say that the upcoming Character Creation Training DVD is half way through the recording stage! I’ve recorded the whole introduction bit, where I introduce the new user to Blender’s interface and modeling tools, next is to do the actual character! After many long months of waiting, I’m happy to announce the the new training DVD for modeling the female body is now shipping!

Along with the announcement of the DVDs shipping, I would also like to mention that each of the DVDs, the female head and female body, are now available for immediate download as well; rather than having to wait for a physical copy to arrive.

The follow-up to modeling a human head is of course modeling the body. This second training DVD takes the viewer through all the processes, techniques, and explanations of creating the female body in Blender 3D. All of the companion files are included on the dvd, both model files and reference images.

Well as of the other day the Training DVD for modeling the female head is officially sold out!  However, I’ll be ordering a new shipment (even with a newly designed cover!) within the next week or so.  And so, for all of those eager blenderheads still wanting the head DVD, don’t worry it’ll be back soon : ) Also, if all goes well the body DVD will be ready to ship within a week! Stay tuned…

Well after A LOT of procrastination and too much frustration with recording issues, I'm pleased to announce that the training DVD for modeling the female body is now available for preorder! The DVD is very, very close to completion and will start shipping two weeks or so. I've worked hard to make this DVD even better and more helpful than the previous one so I hope you all enjoy it! 

For those of you that haven’t purchased the female head DVD, this new one is being released as a companion DVD, such that it picks up where the other one left off, using the head model as a starting point.
